The United Flying Organization will bring their incredible radio-controlled aircraft to Goose Meadow with an all day exhibit during the Festival, and demonstration flying starting at 2:00 p.m. this Saturday, September 26. Flights demonstrating the skill, speed, and precision of this fascinating hobby can be enjoyed by all in attendance. Watch Bill Maynard’s spectacular 3D Flying Electric Ultimate Biplane, Greg Staeuble’s thrilling FPV Drone Racing, and Bill Maynard’s amazing E-flite Convergence VTOL—a unique aircraft that's part drone and part jet!

The excitement continues with Foamy Streamer Combat, featuring Ken Wade, Steve Labuta, Bill Maynard and Ken Filloon, and Ken Filloon’s Aerobatic Helicopter demonstration. Within one of the most picturesque, fascinating, and historically significant state parks in southeast lower Michigan, our goal is to combine the former Haven Hill estate history with Highland Recreation Area’s existing amenities, wilderness, and recreation.
